IN OUR WARRANTY, THERE IS NO DISCLAIMER POLICY.
The other manufacturer's put in a 1" to 1.5" indentation policy.
We don't do that. An indentation warranty policy for a
mattress manufacturer typically covers defects related to the
development of body impressions or indentations in the mattress that
exceed a specified depth, often around 1 to 1.5 inches. This warranty
assures consumers that if their mattress develops significant
indentations due to normal use within a set period, usually ranging from
5 to 10 years, they are eligible for repair, replacement, or a refund,
depending on the terms of the warranty. YOU SHOULD NOT SEE ANY
INDENTATION FOR 20 YEARS ON OUR LATEX MATTRESSES.
